SSSSO, Gujarat organized the Maha Sammelan on 28th & 29th January,  2017 at Kayavarohan Tirth, Vadodara. SSS Seva Samithi, Vadodara  hosted the event. On 28th.State President Sri. Manohar Trikannad inaugurated a new samiti at Ajwa, Vadodara and prayed to Swami to bless the samithi. Sri Ajit Popat  who was present there  spoke about how to develop an inner view to realize the divinity. Around 200 people were present in this event.

On 28th evening the state level Office Bearers meeting was conducted by Hon. SP. Sri Manohar Trikannad where in presentations on various activities of SSSSO were given by the designated people. The aim was to enhance the participation of devotees in different activities. At the end Sri Ajit Popat gave his talk to boost our faith in Bhagwan Baba and how to flourish the organization and one’s own spiritual sadhana.

29th Jan. started with Nagarsankirtan. At 8.30 am the organization flag was hoisted by the State President. Swami was welcomed with Palkhi Yaatra and Vedam chanting. Hon. SP Sri Manohar Trikannad welcomed Bhagwan with a bouquet and gave the preamble of the Sammelan. The invited speaker and distinguished guest ,Sri Ajit Popat shared  his views on the theme ‘Surrender to the Divine Master’. He beautifully narrated what are the ways to surrender and what are the characteristics of a person who has completely surrendered at the divine feet. He quoted many examples from his own life which he spent with Swami. After his talk the State level Elocution competition winners gave their speeches and they were felicitated with trophies. The rotating shield was given to Vadodara samiti.

The afternoon  session started with yet another exhilarating Puppet show. Sri Ajit Popat spoke on the subject ‘My Baba is Enough for Me – Am I Good Enough for Baba’. Here he highlighted  how we as devotees of bhagwan can offer ourselves in the  purest form at his Lotus Feet with beautiful examples of his own self with Swami. He urged everyone to recognize themselves as the children of the divine mother. The Balvikas children offered bhajans at the divine feet followed by Mangala Aarthi.

Around 1200 devotees across Gujarat state attend the Maha Sammelan.
