Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation – Vadodara, Gujarat.
With the divine blessings, SSSSO, Vadodara, Gujarat celebrated 50 years of Bhagwan Shri Satya Sai Baba’s visit to Vadodara on 26th May 1968.
To Re-live this memorable occasion the samithi organised “Sai Premanjali” on 26th May 2018, a musical offering by Mumbai Youth Bhajan group. The guest was Shri Manohar Trikannad, State President, SSSSO-GUJARAT.
The program started with 3 Omkars at 6 pm. The devotees who had the opportunity to meet, serve and get blessings of swami in the year 1968 were felicitated by Shri Manohar Trikannad. The devotees who were felicitated with momento were Shri Kiran Patel, Shri Kirti Desai, Shri Narendra Desai, Respected Kamlabahen Panchal, Shri Hemant Pandya, Smt Kiran Pandya and Shri Babubhai Amin. The guest Respected Shri Manohar Trikannad was felicitated by Shri Hemant Patel.
The Balvikas children of Vadodara Samithi sang wonderful song to start the musical program. Then all the devotees who had the opportunity to serve swami were invited to share their divine experiences with everyone.
The live webcast on the facebook also started by IT team 10 mins before the program for devotees who were not able to join in person. It was the first initiative of the team which was welcomed and appreciated by respected Manohar Trikannad and devotees around the world.
The musical program started at around 7:45 pm by the Mumbai Youth bhajan group. What a program it was, they sang bhajans, Sufi songs, qawalis and bhajan melodies. It was so well received that everyone got involved in singing and clapping. What a wonderful way to celebrate the day!
The program ended with Arti and Mahaprasad. More than 500 devotees had attended the program.
The Vadodara Samithi is thankful to Swami for the opportunity to celebrate the divine occasion.
